- Automatic machine for packing packages of type Pur Pak format 3x4 (12 units in the block) in a closed corrugated box;

**Technical specifications**

- Performance – up to 7200 (600) packets (blocks).

- Maintenance staff – 1 person;

- Maximum dimensions of the block - 300x225x235 mm.;

- Packaging type - corrugated cardboard of brand T 23 or analogue;

- Packaging method - automatic formation of corrugated carb with subsequent fixation of the valves with melt glue;

- Installed power - 5.3 kW;

- Operating power - 3.7 kW;

- The parameters of the supply network:
 - voltage - 220/380±10% V.
 Type of current - 3-phase
 - frequency - 50 ± 1 Hz;

- Pneumatic network parameters:
 - pressure - 0.55-0.6 MPa
 - consumption - 420 l / min;

**Execution and components**

- The proposed equipment is made of stainless steel;

- Process control is carried out by the programmable controller of the Melsec FX3G series Mitsubishi Electric;

- Changing the technological parameters is carried out using the MT6070iH operator panel;

- Used pneumatic equipment - CAMOZZI (ISO 9001 - ISO 14001);

- Control of actuators – reel sensors CAMOZZI Italy, optical and inductive sensors – BANNER USA;

- Automatic formation of blocks of 12 packets;

- Automatic formation of corrugated carvings from a flat cutout;

- Smooth regulation and automatic maintenance of a set temperature in the adhesive system.
