Delivery time: 50 days.

Chief montage : includes placement and assembly of equipment at the site of operation according to the approved scheme, internal electrical and pneumatic installation of equipment,

Customer :

• provides the required auxiliary workers, electricians, lifts and other agreed equipment for installation and assembly;
• ensures the supply of environments of the required quality necessary for the operation of equipment to the equipment connection points;
• guarantees the completion of construction work by the time of installation and adjustment of equipment.

Scheduled installation time - 10-12 days.

Start-up :

• connection of the installed equipment to the environments necessary for its operation,
• test idle start-ups of equipment,
• Debugging of equipment to operating parameters,
• launching equipment on the water,
• production of sterile test,
• release of a trial batch of the product,
• Running equipment in operation within 2 days.

The planned time-frame  10-12 days.

Staff training:

• training of operating personnel in the skills of working with equipment with the adoption of a qualification test - 7 days,
• compiling a list of personnel admitted to operation and service work on the equipment,
• training in maintaining service logs and accounting of equipment.
