Description
The equipment manufactured and supplied by Machinery and Technology complies with all EU sanitary standards.
The rinse, bottling and closure unit performs the following operations:
- rinsing the bottle with prepared water;
- pouring finished products in an isobaric way with the capture of the bottle by the neck;
- automatic closure of the screw plastic plug occurs;
- on the closure block with the help of the PICK & PLACE system, which guarantees high quality of closure even of problematic traffic jams;
- the cork before closing is treated with ultraviolet light using a bactericidal tunnel.
Characteristics
- rinse-block
The rinse cycle time is regulated over a wide range: the rinse section is made of AISI 304 stainless steel; pipes, fittings and other parts in contact with the sterilization solution are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. - bottling block with universal-type dispensing devices for bottling carbonated and non-carbonated products
made of AISI 304 stainless steel; pipes, fittings and other parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. - block sealing the bottle with a screw plastic plug with a diameter of 28 mm.
magnetic sealing heads, PICK & PLACE system, cork sterilization system in ultraviolet tunnel before closure - a set of false bottles for washing in the SIP system
- entrance section of the air transporter with a length of 2.0 meters
- section of the output plate transporter with a length of 2.0 meters
- Automation control with PLC display
- technical documentation
passport, instructions for operation, catalog of spare parts
Reconfiguration of the unit to a different packaging format and other products requires minimal time, the process is adjusted from the operator's control panel, and the bottle-by-neck capture system eliminates the need for removable formats for different bottle sizes.
